    4. Can you do a travel yoga for those who travel a lot? I spend a lot of time seated in tight places (planes and cars) and would love something to stretch out my hips, etc after I get to my hotel room.

    5. I didn’t have time to do today’s yoga camp practice in the morning so I gave this a try instead and a little really goes a long way. This was a nice, gentle “Good morning!” to the body. Loved it. 😁
