    2. Hello Adrienne,
      Would it be possible to do a sequence to release strong emotions and be more connected to emotions in general? I am having a lot of difficulties to do so and this has caused me strong emotional problems for a long time now. I am not good with feelings and when I try to release them I do not know how to handle them.
       I really like your videos and have been watching them more frequently these days, sometimes I do a session and feel more energectic and lively!! :):)

    7. Yes! I love this length it is so easy to throw into the day for just a nice break and plus it makes me feel super rested!

    8. As someone with ADHD with my mind and body always racing I sometimes find it hard to sleep… especially because more cardio could help but it’s too cold where I live for me to want to yet lol.
      I also tend to get all tight and wound up from stress or whatever and feel constantly sore from it I think; so I really appreciate these relaxing stretching videos thank you 😴😍

      1. I also appreciate how you keep things agnostic in a sense. I’m atheist and when others get super religious in what they’re saying it makes me kind of uncomfortable and ruins the experience… You just focus on the person finding their own peace however they want and also keep a sense of humor which I love! thank you!
