    1. I’m impressed with myself, I did the 15 sessions and can’t wait for the next ones. Thank you so much for this gift Adrienne, you are wonderful.

    2. Adored this! The flow really spoke to me and half moon pose was definitely a challenge and I look forward to seeing how it grows! Thank you so much Adriene. Its been so lovely to practice something new everyday with you. Namaste. Have a fabulous day!

      1. I think it is so fun! I get excited each day for something new – even when I feel yucky. Love to you Alexis!

    3. For once I don’t need to “recommit” to something because I did this every day! I just started an antidepressant, which has helped, but I also enjoy this a lot. Whereas in the beginning I was excited to start but was looking forward to it being over, now it takes a little convincing to get started, but I don’t want it to end!

    4. i usually feel so good after Sessions but Today i feel horrible and sad that i couldnt do the half moon i could but for 7 seconds and it started to Hurt ,i ended every sesion with a smile but not this one 🙁

      1. Mildret-you can do this pose against a wall (with support) and you are getting just as much benefit. It feels wonderful. This is a challenging pose. Don’t give up and don’t “worry” about using the wall, as my yoga teacher reminds us, it is a sign of intelligence to do so.

      2. I think this was the hardest yoga practice I have ever done! Not that I’m an expert by any means, but gosh my butt is gonna hurt tomorrow 😉 I hope that you’ve been better able to do the half moon since your post. I choose to remind myself that a hard practice session only means you still have so much to look forward to 🙂

      3. mildret plotka I suspect we’ve all been through that at some point. Just look upon it as room for growth & development. Keep practising and one day you’ll nail it and find the biggest smile on your face ever. Yoga can be a slow journey for many of us. Stay mindful and enjoy the ride.

      4. You’re not alone! I have it too. But in yoga it’s not about the pose but about the way we track to get there I guess 🙂

    5. Oye. Had to take a timeout from the series for some fun with pneumonia. Happy to kind of be back at it.

    6. So, I’ve just discovered your channel and this amazing Challenge about 20 days ago but I am staying strong and after 15 days (more or less) I feel a difference in my body and my self I can’t quite grasp yet, but it’s making me feel so much happier and overall better. Even though today’s challenge was one of the most challenging, to me at least, you got me smiling for a couple of times throughout this video, and I love that. You’re amazing Adrienne, thank you for being so patience and so radiant. Namaste 🙂

    7. After a 2 day “hiccup”, I am catching up today. I appreciate these videos more than I expected! I randomly decided to get back into yoga after many years. I had to put my 18 year old cat to sleep a few days ago & ive had him since I was 3. So thank you for this.

    8. what does Adrienne mean when she says ‘stack your hips’? Would be grateful for an answer if anyone knows!

      1. Michael Chidgey she means “stack” your left hip over the right one, or vice versa. So, in downward facing dog, your hips are parallel to each other. When you lift a leg, they’re still parallel, but then lift it higher and your lifting hip will be higher than the other. To “stack” it over the other, you bend your knee and rotate your hip, turning your pelvis, opening/stretching the side body, until the lifted hip is hovering directly over the other hip. Watch that part of the video and pay attention to her hip placement.. basically it’s turning your pelvis to face the wall, instead of facing down at the floor like in regular downward dog.

    9. I wish I could send you a gift basket or something, because I have noticed such a difference in my workouts, how I stand and walk, and just how I recover. Yoga with you has made me actually touch my body and notice the power underneath the chubby layers, and I don’t punish myself for the way I look anymore. Yoga has such a wonderful balance where you can notice what you already have and that it’s amazing, but it gently pushes you. This was such a great way to get back into working out, and you make my days so much better. I hope you read this, because I am seriously so so thankful. Thank you so much for making yoga fun and attainable for beginners. I wish you many more years of happiness and yoginess!

    10. oh that was good but tough. i was working hard during the half moons. after 15 days i can feel my practice improving and my body strengthening and lengthening. thanks, adriene! xx

    11. Adrienne you are a great instructor and motivator. You are full of energy with a wonderful sense of humour. I also love how you pinpoint the very key elements of the position I seem to need at the perfect time. Yoga is fun and relaxing with you. Namaste
