    1. This was the perfect sequence for this morning. My bf even joined me and has fallen in love with these videos too

    2. So I have a couple of questions. I’m brand new to exercise and have started 30 days. However the heals of my palms are soooo bruised! What am i doing wrong? Secondly I have large boobs what do I do with them on the lunge? They’re totally in the way!!!

    3. I think she talks/instructs too much while doing this, doesn’t help my yoga practice personally. would prefer a much calmer environment.

    4. I have been going to some yoga classes and also I am starting day 5 tomorrow. I already feel stronger in my shoulders and my plank is getting more stable. I feel more flexible in my downward dog as well! I really enjoy the way you teach. You are so relaxed yet encouraging I absolutely love it (it seems so genuine) Thanks!

      1. +Night Shadow what kaitlin said is true but you can choose some postures if you feel that your body needs it to prepare you for any secuence. I mean nobody is the same so, some times you need some “extra love” in a particular spot. I particulary like to stay a couple of minutes in childs pose before doing anything because my low back is kind of special this days. A forward fold is good to start too. And you could do some stretching for the feet and hands specificaly as is no usual to put atention on those spots, thougt adriene tries to call the atention for those spots in some of the secuences. 🙂

      2. +Night Shadow you dont need to stretch since yoga is technically stretching, but its good to do a few jumping jacks before you start in order to warm up the muscles.

      3. +Yoga With Adriene are you soposto stretch before doing yoga and if so what are some good stretches?

    8. I leave for school at 6, so that means I’m setting my alarm for 4 to get up and do the video, which seems crazy, but it makes me more serene and appreciative all day long. The challenge is awesome!

      1. That’s great! I couldn’t do that so I do it right before I go to bed so I’m relaxed and I’ll feel sleepier ^^

      2. +lizrobinsga I get up at 4 too!  It’s the best time to do yoga.  No ones up to interrupt me 🙂
