    This low impact, flowing workout fuses together elements of Pilates, yoga and dance to target key core muscles at a gentle cardio pace. We'll spend most of the workout doing standing postures and poses and work our way to the mat for the last 15 minutes of the routine, ending with a final relaxation to wind down the workout. Don't be fooled — while it may not feel too hard while you do it, this is one sneaky workout!

    1. Done with this #SummerofStrength workout. I enjoyed this one because I felt like I was working, but it also seemed relaxing too. Any chance you know the calorie burn for this? Thanks!

      1. Thanks! I don’t really pay much attention to calorie burn, but I sometimes like a guestimate, just out of curiosity. But it is true that calorie burn seems to be concentrated on by some people a little too much. I know strength training workouts aren’t as efficient at burning calories as cardio, but I prefer the strength training because it makes me feel strong and powerful. 🙂

    2. FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY!!! I am 55 and still very athletic but my body does not like those faster- paced workouts anymore, yet I still want to work as well as stretch. I loved the pace of this, and, as always, no routine is complete without a companion. In fact if there is a choice to be made between workouts I will always choose the one where the dog or kitty insists on center stage! I love yoga but sometimes you really need to mix it up with moves like these. 🍀🎉🤸‍♀️

    3. I made it 25 minutes into this workout and did a quick cool down. Wish I could have done more, however my fitness level isn’t where it should be lol. I’m going to try again in another day or two. I’ve been doing a few of your workouts here on YouTube and I have to say, I love them. I actually look forward to doing them every day. The way you teach and just your whole demeanor makes you so approachable and makes someone like me, who hates exercise, actually happy to do it; even when I’m sore later 😂

    10. This was amazing! Innovative moves and great sequencing. I did all the reps but had to fight for some of them. I really liked this one! (and Peanut licking your arms was hilarious).
